Books, not a spreadsheet
One login. The entities you actually keep.
Beech Ledger is double-entry accounting for more than one set of books: company, individual, and trust. Bank activity, bills, invoices, tax lines, assets, and inventory post to the journal. Sign-in requires an authenticator.
Separate books
A company, a personal return, and a trust each keep their own journal. A new sign-up does not join someone else's entities.
Double entry
Every posted entry balances to the cent. A correction is a reversing entry. Posted lines are not edited in place.
Bank and bills
Import a statement, match it, and reconcile. Enter bills and invoices, then approve and pay what is open.
